Changes to orders
We often ship our items faster than we get a chance to sift through emails. For this reason, we do not allow for changes to orders that have already been placed. Please double check your order before completing it.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Please make sure the address you provide with us is correct. We cannot replace merchandise that was shipped to the wrong address if the address provided to us is no longer your address.
Where are our shirts sourced from?
Our tees are dyed and cut in Los Angeles and then shipped to Central America to be sewed. Our supply chain partners are certified in Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP).
WRAP is a globally recognized, independent 3rd party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities. Companies accepted into the WRAP organization go through an extensive application process in which manufacturing facilities, working environments, and worker's rights are inspected and approved by the WRAP association. WRAP certifications are awarded based upon both internationally and nationally accepted humane workplace standards, local laws, and ethical manufacturing regulations.
Our tees are then direct-to-garment (DTG) printed in North America.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and refunds will not be issued. Please always contact us directly with any issues and we will do our best to help.
Within each item description we offer sizing recommendations. We urge all customers to read the recommendations prior to ordering, as we do not accept exchanges.
Not every tee is the same, so please read recommendations for each tee. Most designs are unisex sizing, so please note that women may need to size down depending on their desired fit. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please do not hesitate to reach out.
My item arrived damaged.
Please know that we do our best to pull out any defects we’re able to catch but because it is a human system, we always miss a few. Please email us, firstname.lastname@example.org if there is any issue with your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Due to the volume of orders we receive as well as the fact we prefer to ship same or next day, we do not offer gift wrap nor are we able to add a personalized note. Our apologies. Please make your recipient aware ahead of time that the gift is coming!
Thank you for supporting My Next Broken Heart! My site uses live shipping rates to get you the best possible shipping price, however you may be responsible for custom fees and we have no way of predicting what those may be. You may also experience a longer wait for your order to arrive. Each product is a custom order and most are created in Canada, so wait times can be 10-20 days.

We do a very limited number of sales throughout the year. If you join our mailing list, you’ll enjoy secret sales and the perks of being the first to know about new releases and all sorts of other good stuff.
